  • 6 Week Program

  • Workouts 5 Days per Week

  • Each Workout is 30-40 minutes

  • 3 Days of Boxing [10 3-minute rounds]

  • 2 Day of Strength Training - resistance loops come with the program but, yes, weights are needed!

* This program will train you to become more agile, increase your endurance, increase your speed, and build your strength*

This is a BOXING TRAINING PROGRAM.

You will not be hitting a bag or sparring with a partner.

Instead, you will be doing it the way professionals do during the majority of their training time - shadowboxing.

This is an intermediate workout that will keep you burning, round after round. If you're looking for results that are visible and powerful, 10 Rounds will help you get lean and strong muscles.

It is easy to learn, but you need to dedicate yourself.
