What makes the program so awesome is the fact that any age or any fitness level can complete it. 21-Day Fix is THE program to help you lose that stubborn weight that's you've been trying to lose for the longest time. Why? Because you learn how to eat the foods you love but in the proper portions! I can attest to the fact that it works because it's what kickstarted my TWENTY pound weight loss.
This was Beachbody's first program to place equal emphasis on the nutrition and fitness component. Many of their programs since have followed suit but this is the "OG" (aka original gangster) of portion control eating. Each workout is approximately 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week and for ALL FITNESS LEVELS! The unique nutrition plan uses specifically portioned food storage containers that eliminate the guesswork from portion control - no weighing, measuring, or counting calories, carbs or points. If it fits in the container, you can eat it. When eaten in the right quantities, there are no foods that are off limits. Even chocolate and wine!
