Not a fan of Water? You better start to be!

The formula for calculating how much water you should be drinking a day is simple! Take your weight and divide it in half and that will be the amount of ounces of water you should be drinking PER DAY!

12 Cups of Water

2 sliced lemons

1/2 of a sliced cucumber

10 mint leaves, muddled

1 sliced orange
