Core de Force

This is one of Beachbody's newest programs and I'm pretty much obsessed with the results. Similar portion control container system as the 21-Day Fix but slightly different. Because the workouts are so intense you actually get to ADD containers in weeks 2 & 3. Who doesn't love more food?! As a former kickboxing junkie I knew I was going to love this program. The only thing I didn't know was that I was going to get the best results I've ever seen from one of my at-home fitness programs. Workouts are 35-40 minutes and consist of 3-minute rounds just like an actual boxing fight. NO EQUIPMENT is needed, just your body. There is a modifier in every workout too. The strength you will gain with this workout is AMAZING!
