30-minutes of INTENSE cardio with Beachbody's awesome trainer, Shaun T. You will work your BUTT off with this program. The goal is to work as hard as you can until you MAX out. You will write down your MAX OUT time each day and try to beat it as you progress throughout the program. There is a modifier as well.
