These are NOT your typical Yoga workouts. They are full-body exercises that will get your heart rate up the whole time. I have very tight hamstrings and this workout has helped me not only strengthen my muscles but LENGTHEN them too. I had no prior experience with pilates and very limited yoga experience, but Chalene Johnson made learning the moves so SIMPLE! Workouts are about 30-45 minutes depending on which target area you are working on that day.
