Shaun T is by far my favorite Beachbody trainer because he helps you transform yourself from the inside to the out. This program is intense but will mentally make you stronger. The sense of accomplishment after completing 7-days in a row will motivate you to do more. There is a modifier that you can follow too. Workouts are about 30-minutes with the longest day being 43-minutes.
