What. A. Program! This was my very first Beachbody program and boy oh boy do I love it. The super trainer, Chalene Johnson, will motivate you like you can't believe. Even the music in this program is awesome. You will focus primarily on HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts that range from 20 to 55 minutes. There is a modifier in each workout too that you can build up to. This program incorporates a lot of cardio kickboxing as well.
