Simple dance moves to your favorite Country songs. Low-impact and fun! 30-minute workouts with portion control nutrition.

Low-impact yoga that progresses throughout the three weeks. Great for beginners to yoga as there is a modifier.


30-minute workouts focusing on a specific area of the body each day. Cardio, weight training and even pilates and yoga for recovery days. Portion control nutrition system designed around all of your favorite foods!

Mixed Martial Arts meets Cardio Kickboxing! This workout will have you feeling not only in great shape but that you could defend yourself if need be. No weights required, just your body!

3-week program designed to get you in the best shape of your life by increasing the difficulty in workouts and cleaning up your nutrition as the program progresses each week. You will be more motivated than ever before with this program.  

Perfect mix of Pilates and Yoga! You'll work muscles that you didn't even realize were there. Workouts are typically 30-45 minutes in length. Improve and lengthen muscles by incorporating stretching and cardio.


30-minute intense workouts for 7 straight days! You will be INSPIRED beyond belief by trainer Shaun T. Cardio, weight training, core workouts and more. Comes with hybrid calendar too where you incorporate other Shaun T workouts.

30-minutes of full-body workouts. Each day will focus on a different area of the body. You'll use weights, incorporate plyometrics but still have two rest days with yoga and pilates.

30-minutes of intense yet motivating cardio with TWO recovery days. Each day you'll push yourself to your limits and record your MAX out time. The goal is to increase the time with each workout.

High-Intensity Interval Training with workouts that vary from 20 to 55 minutes. Your heart rate will definitely be up with these workouts. Great music too!
